Eric S.T. Young is a sole practitioner focusing in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, probate and trust administration and litigation, and conservatorship and guardianship law. Mr. Young  served as Articles Editor of the Law Review at William S. Richardson School of Law.  Mr. Young is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel and has been a lecturer in law at the Law School since 2003. He is a member of the Judiciary Committee on the Uniform Probate Code and Probate Court Practices and is a past Chair of the Probate & Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
