Richard Wallsgrove is an attorney with Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher. His legal practice and interests cover a broad spectrum of issues, including business and commercial litigation, natural resources, science and energy, and high growth technical and social entrepreneurship. He also works with the Center for Island Climate Adaptation and Policy to analyze climate change adaptation tools for managing Hawai'i's water resources. Richard has authored articles analyzing shoreline issues, the development of sustainable energy resources, Native Hawaiian Rights, and evidence issues in Hawai'i. He is also the co-author of a case study on Digital Island, Inc., a Hawai'i-based venture startup during the dot-com boom.
