Richard W. Pollack is an associate justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court. From 1987 until becoming a judge, Pollack was a state public defender, and had worked in the state public defender's office for seven year prior to that. Pollack is also a lecture in law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, William S. Richardson School of Law.

In 2000, he was appointed to the 7th Division of the O'ahu First Circuit, where he served until his appointment to the Supreme Court in 2012.
