Jessica M. Horiuchi is the Executive Director of the Alaka’ina Foundation.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Jessica is a graduate of Iolani School. She received a bachelors of arts in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned her law degree from the University of Southern California.
Upon graduation from USC, Jessica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert G. Klein, Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court, and the Honorable Eden Elizabeth Hifo, Judge of the Hawaii Circuit Court of the First Circuit. Since then, Ms. Horiuchi has been practicing law in the State of Hawaii, with a specialization in procurement law.
Before joining the Alaka‘ina Foundation, Jessica was a government relations consultant for entities ranging from renewable energy producers to non-profits needing to navigate the state administrative process. She also served as the executive director of the Hawaii Procurement Institute.
