Funeral Services for Victor Nevada '05

The funeral service will be held on October 13th at Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 am in the morning.  

Victor practiced with Hirota & Associates LLC in the areas of Asylum; Business Immigration; Citizenship; Consular Law; Deportation; Employment Authorizations; Employment Immigration; Employment Visas; Family Immigration Law; Immigration Law; Investor Visas; Labor Certifications; Permanent Visas; Political Asylum; Refugee Law; Religious Visas; Removal Proceedings; Visas.  He was Admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 2005, after graduating from WSRSL in 2005. He was a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  During Law School he earned CALI Excellence for the Future Award for a Second Year Seminar Paper, "Fit to a T: Making the "T" Visa Program Work for Human Trafficking Victims From China," Spring 2004 and Best Appellate Brief in Section, Appellate Advocacy, Spring 2003. He was also a Member of the Filipino Law Students Association, 2002-2005 and a Member fo the Education Laboratory School Booster Club. He was born in Quezon City, Philippines.  He also enjoyed a career as a chef prior to becoming an attorney, having graduated with a degree in culinary arts.
