What I do now
I am a Legal Officer, working in the rule of law and justice sector program for the East West Management Institute-Program on Rights and Justice. This is a non-profit organization working to promote rule of law and human rights in Cambodia. I also teach Cambodian Constitutional Law at Pannasastra University of Cambodia and Business Law and Business Associations at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. I am also a law teacher and believe that I am playing my part in legal education in Cambodia.
My Hawai‘i Experience
The Education I received from the UH LLM program has equipped me with skills and ability, not just on the substance of the law but also in methods that allow me to share those skills and knowledge with my students and my fellow Cambodians. Our LLM linked us to the rest of the UH law school community; which has greatly shaped and affected how well I could live in my professional community here.

Tips for LLM students
The LLM Program at UH Law will give you not only an excellent education but also a life experience. Going to law school is a very challenging task; however, with individualized support the law school provides to each student, I could take advantage of those challenges and turn them to be wonderful accomplishments. The UH LLM Program allows you an opportunity to make the most of living in Hawaiʻi, doing various things beside schooling such as socializing with the rest of law school members, being part of many important social events, visiting most beautiful island landmarks, and having all the fun you need.
UH Law makes you feel what it is like to think like a lawyer and to understand the Hawaiian beautiful Aloha spirit!
