5:30 pm - Featuring: Tavana
Whether harmonizing alongside Eddie Vedder or performing a solo gig in Waikiki, Tavana puts his heart & soul into every note. Add to that a complete commitment to his craft - playing upwards of 200 shows a year for longer than most can remember and taking it to the road - mainland style - to share his music and expand his horizons. Those explorations include a recent extended stay in Austin, an epicenter of musical creativity. His passion for music and performance is palpable and contagious. We're thrilled to welcome him to our North Shore gathering and stoked to close out the day drifting along to his uplifting melodies.

Maps & Directions: Link to Google Map of Chun's.
Coming from Town: Take H-1 West to H-2 North. Follow signs to the North Shore/Haleiwa. Take Hwy 83 (Kam Hwy) past Haleiwa and towards Sunset Beach/Pipeline.
Look for Papailoa Rd (on left side of road). Soon after this road, Kam Hwy will pass immediately adjacent to the ocean (i.e. you will be able to see the ocean). That beach is called Laniakea or Lani’s. The road will then leave the ocean for ~0.25 mile. The next time you can see the ocean, you are at Chun’s. Continue on Kam Hwy for 0.2 mile until you get to a small/short bridge (it crosses a small, dry gulch).
Park in the red dirt 'parking lot' immediately after the bridge. Walk down the path next to the bridge towards the ocean.
The BBQ will be on the beach at the end of this path. Look for Tents, Grills & Coolers. If you get lost, ask a surfer for directions to Chun’s. Every surfer knows where it is.
Parking: Park at the Hand Shown on Map (red dirt 'parking lot' next to dried up river)
