The topic, "A Jury Consultant's Unique Perspective:  Working with Juries in US Intellectual Property Litigation" will provide a broad-range insight into the workings of juries.  Those particularly interested in the jury selection process, communications, and IP Litigation may want to take advantage of this unique opportunity.

There will be no RSVP, but please keep in mind that seating will be limited.  The talk is going to be held in Classroom 5 (CR5) but may be moved to Classroom 3 (CR3) if we run out of seats.

Mr. Gerard's talk is in conjunction with Mr. Terry McMahon's class, IP Strategies:  IP Litigation.  Mr. McMahon's class is one of a number of IP Strategies courses that is offered as part of the Law School's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cluster.
