The US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will hold Oral Arguments at the William S. Richardson School of Law Moot Courtroom on Wednesday, October 9, 2013.
The schedule is as follows: (subject to change)
9:30 Registration begins
10:00 Hearings begin
11:30 Hearings end; Judges retire to conference room, confer on cases
12:00 Judges return for Bench Q&A with Students in Moot Courtroom
12:30 Student Q&A and Lunch with Law Clerks
12:30 Judges - Lunch with Faculty
Registration begins at 9:30 am.
*ID will be required to sign in. Bags, backpacks, etc will not be allowed into the Moot Courtroom. Beverages are also NOT allowed into the Moot Courtroom.
Electronic devices such as cell phones and laptops are NOT allowed into the courthouse
The hearings will begin at 10:00 am. The court will have discretion over the timing in which the cases are heard. Following the hearings, the Judges will have a brief Q&A Questions with Students, which will also be followed by a Student Q&A Lunch with the Law Clerks.
