Legal Practice II

Law School Description

Legal Practice II is the second part of a comprehensive performance program that trains students to practice law, read and write legal analysis, argue in court, and develop techniques for excellent researching and writing. This course introduces sources and strategies for finding and using primary law and legislative history, usually in the context of writing memos and appellate briefs.

***The Plenary session for Sections 1-10 will meet on Mondays in CR2 from 3:30 - 4:35 PM; the Sections will then meet individually on Wednesdays in the classroom assigned to each Section from 4:50 - 6:05 PM.
