Textbooks for 1Ls

Fall 2014 Textbook List (TBA)

You may want to buy used books from second- and third-year law students.  Law School students, faculty, and staff may now view and place classified ads at https://www.law.hawaii.edu/classifieds.  You must log in with an @Hawaii.edu email address to view the classified ads or to place an ad.

The UH Bookstore will offer both new and used books (when used books are available). You can reach the Textbook Department at (808) 956-8022. A buyback period at the end of each semester allows students to sell their used books to the bookstore for some cash back.

You also may find some texts at more affordable prices if you shop online. Here are links to several companies that sell law school textbooks. This list is not exhaustive and is provided for your convenience. The inclusion of a business on the list should not be interpreted as an endorsement of that business.
